We all have that weekly meeting we dread. In this instance, it was a full agency-client-partner status. Over 80 folks would join the call just to sit in silence, and I don’t do well with silence.
It started with small talk.

Status now starts with a few minutes of small talk and updates on our girl, Britney. We include updates in our emails to each other, send the latest news across Teams channels, and share a deep dive after every court appearance. The 80-person invite now has a common goal: Free Britney.
